With a Bachelor’s degree in both Occupational Health And Safety and Nursing from Central Queensland University and CQ University respectively, her academic background adds depth to her professional expertise. During her tenure at Anglo American Steelmaking Coal, she progressed from a Safety Coordinator to a Health and Safety Superintendent and, finally, a Safety Specialist. Bec has exhibited prowess in leading large teams, managing substantial health, safety, and hygiene budgets, and developing strategic plans aligning with larger business objectives. Her capability extends to conducting comprehensive safety audits, designing safety initiatives, and coordinating health services.
